Printing

The Printing department utilizes two lithographic presses (KBA Rapida 106 and KBA Rapida 145) that print cartons using the customer's pre-approved graphics and specifications determined by the supplied proof. Calibrated scanners are used to ensure proof-to-press color management.  Both printing presses are able to complete small to large volume production runs, making Ambassador Packaging, Inc. more than competitive in today's market.

Depending on the customers' needs, both presses are capable of printing on virgin or recycled paperboard as well as on a variety of substrates such as plastics, fine paper, E-F Flute Corrugated, and many other standard paperboard sizes as well as .016-.032 caliper of board.
