Finishing

The Finishing Department utilizes four folding gluers to fold and glue the individual cartons. We currently have four different models of folding gluers:

1. Inramik Vesta Folding Gluer

2. Jagenburg Folding Gluer

3. Bobst Masterfold Folding Gluer

4. Bobst Vision Folding Gluer

All four gluers are equipped with electronic glue applicators to ensure consistent results at high speeds and are capable of folding and gluing many different styles of cartons, including 4 - 6 corner boxes.

All cartons are visually assessed by the packers/inspectors and the carton's quality indicators are monitored by Quality Assurance to ensure the customer receives first-quality product.
